Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are not completely happy you may exchange unused and unopened products within 7 days for alternative items or a refund.

For reasons of hygiene please do not open items that you wish to send back as we regret that we cannot exchange fault-free items once the packaging
has been opened.

Defective Items.
If an item is operated by batteries we recommend that you check using a different set of batteries and check that they are fitted correctly and positioned to connect with electrical points before returning such items.

If the product is defective, please explain the fault in a covering letter and return it in its original box with all manuals and accessories for a full refund or replacement within 14 days.

Goods can be exchanged or refunded up to 14 days of any defect.
All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you at your expense if they are found to be working.

Clothing
Health and Hygiene restricts what we can and can’t do in respect to
returning intimate items of Lingerie. Personal items such as items with
a crotch area cannot be exchanged or refunded.

What we can say is that if you try any clothing on and it’s not quite right or it’s not what you expected then please return the item in the condition you received it and we will refund or exchange the item for you.

If an item is returned and found to have been overly handled and not in the pristine condition we sent it in then health and hygiene restricts us offering an exchange or refund and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Please be sure of sizes when ordering clothing.

DVD's and Magazines
We cannot accept returns of DVDs if their seal is broken.

Body Jewellery
We cannot accept returns of Body Jewellery.

Sex Toys
We cannot accept returns of Sex Toys except if the item is defective.
In the case of damaged goods please return with a covering letter within
7 days of receipt explaining the fault.

The item will be tested and a refund or exchange will only be issued if the
fault is confirmed. We will not offer refunds or exchanges on items considered faulty due to fair wear and tear.

Time Scales
Any refunds or exchanges are dealt with on the day of their return. 

Returning an Item
No refunds or exchanges can be given until the goods are returned.
We advise you to send goods using recorded delivery
as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel
on the way back to us
